Performance Evidence
Evidence is required to be collected that demonstrates a candidate’s competency in this unit. Evidence must be relevant to the roles within this sector’s work operations and satisfy all of the requirements of the performance criteria of this unit and include evidence that the candidate:
locates and applies applicable, documentation, policies and proceduresimplements the requirements, procedures and techniques for the safe, effective and efficient management of multiple drilling operations including: identifying, addressing and reporting potential hazards and risksplanning, managing and guiding individuals/teamsanalysing and implementing corrective actionsestablishing effective communication processesapplying training strategies to improve performancemaintaining systems, written records and reportingworks effectively with others to plan, prepare and manage multiple drilling operations including: preparing for and organising work activities to meet all task requirementscommunicating clearly and concisely with others to receive and clarify work instructionsusing a range of communication techniques and aids to advise others of work activity and exclusion zonesdemonstrates completion of the management of multiple drilling that safely, effectively and efficiently meets all of the required outcomes on more than one (1) occasion including: inspection/research techniques for collection of dataanalysis and problem solving techniquesplanning control systems (sales, advertising and promotion, logistics)record keeping systems for multiple sites
